I am a legal owner of Pirates!, I payed my $40 at Sears for the game, and I'm not about to go out and pay another $10 for a backup. I hear once the game is unprotected its written in Basic. I would feel much better if the money amount and the number of cannons didn't roll after a certain level. In addition it would be much easier for me to use from a 3.5 inch disk. So, if anyone has this info, please email it to me. Posting it is likely to cause another outbreak of flame wars.\
