help needed:

I have two quotes for a 72 M hard drive for
our 3b2/400: $3500 for one that is att formatted
and $1100 without att formatting. I have the Maintenance 
Utilities diskettes (R 1.01 v1 and R 3.0).
Can these be used to provide this VERY expensive att
formatting?
