The Operating & Service manual is still available. 09874-90000 ($70.00, hardcopy) or 09874-99000 ($3.50, microfiche). Sporadically, there is high demand for these digitizers on the used market, particularly if they still have the cross-hair cursor with vacuum hold-down.
