Anyone got any ideas? They're running a program to upload data from an external device (a laser sensor to be exact) onto a floppy. No problem. *But*, uploading onto the Winchester, they only get half-way through the transfer, at which point they get: "Parity or Overrun Error" then, "Device I/O error in line 0 of module Beatin 0 Address 0F47:060A" They've run this on a different physical machine and the same occurs except the error has adddress 1117:060A Any Ideas? I don't usually read this conference, so I'd be grateful if you'd mail me directly. ------------------------- Andy Holyer (JANET) and@uk.ac.lon.rfhsm.ux Dept. of Medical Informatics and Computing, ...!ukc!r-free!and Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, Rowland Hill St. London NW3 (+44) 1 794 8673
