 Is there any way to get a serial printer port to obey XON/XOFF flow
control (as opposed to CTS/RTS) in MS-DOS?  I'm using a serial printer
on my 286 and use the MODE command to configure LPT2: as a serial
printer port.  The printer can only use XON/XOFF to control the
flow of data from the PC.  The PC, however, seems to ignore an XOFF and
the printer buffer overflows causing data loss.
