Hello Netlanders,
 
I am in desperate need of a text file that will tell me how a .PCX
picture file is formatted. Any and all help is appreciated. If you 
know of source code or a text file or an archive site with 
anonymous ftp I would be forever gratefull if you would send it to me.
(Well, maybe not forever, but it sure would be a lot.)
