The advantage to the Cartridge is that it is completely [8-)] separated from your PC and the PC's configuration, operating system, etc. Just send PCL down the right wire and it will (should) work. Who cares whether you run HIMEM/LOWMEM or NoMEM [8-)], etc. All of the reviews of the Pacific Data PS cart have been good, except in the area of speed (and you need 2.5Mb of memory). On the other hand, Hewlett-Packard just announced a Postscript cart licensed from (THE) Adobe.
