Lines: 19 My company makes an operating system which runs on 386 PC/AT compatibles. We've been having quite a time trying to get it to run on a large number of machines. It seems that there are a large number of minor differences be- tween machines that keeps it from working. I'm trying to find out what some of the more popular machines/configurations are and I'd greatly appreciate any e-mail describing your 386 PC/AT setup. Specifically I'd like to know what kind of motherboard (and whether or not it has cache), hard disk cont- roller, hard disk drive and video board your machine has. Also if you have a laptop 386 I'd be interested in knowing what kind. I'd be glad to post, or forward by e-mail, a summary of the info I receive. Thanks a bunch for any info, Dave -- Dave "Not the Apple Guy" Lyons - uunet!mcrware!davely ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- "We can't possibly fight you.
