I seem to have a dot missing on my Epson LQ-850 print head which compromises
my output.  Seems like the easiest solution would be to buy and install a
new head.  My vendor says I should have a dealer take care of it, but I would
like to avoid the extra cost and downtime involved.  Does anyone know where I
can order a new head?
