I'm thinking about getting a mouse for my PC.  I've noticed that the
prices vary from $50 to $100+ dollars.  What's the difference?

The one that costs $100+ may include some Graphic softwares. 
Also the mouse could be optical or electro-mechanical. The
former tends to be more expensive.
