Install 4dos (a replacement for COMMAND.COM) Now type: list filename You can now page forwards and backwards thru the file or even search for occurences of a string. And if you switch to 43x80 or 50x80 or whatever, it cheerfully switches to accomodate. 4dos is a *great* program, and has good support.
