I've received a few responses to my questions about ZTERM.  The upshot
appears to be that zmodem requires an 8-bit data path.  Our current
version of Ultrix only handles 7-bit transmissions, so it looks like I'm
out of luck until we upgrade to 3.0.  A couple of people also said
that using "sz -w 512" solved some problems for them.
