Apple (2 months ago) is back-ordered until 'SPRING'!  The vagueness of the word
'spring' scares me a bit, so I won't count on having it before, say,  August.
The problem is that while I love the portable, without at LEAST 2  Meg of RAM
I can't use it for development.  

Does anyone out in NetLand have info on (or better yet, experience with)  
third-party RAM upgrades for the portable?  Any help will be much appreciated.
