We've been looking for a "shared calendar" program that would allow
multiple users to access and update a single, department-wide calendar
for scheduling meetings, etc.  Came across this promising-sounding
item, cited in several sources, called "Perfect Timing" from a company
in Berkeley called "Imagine Software."  Has anyone heard anything
about the company or the product?  I've tried to contact them, but
they seem to be defunct (or at least their phone number is NG).  

(I suppose that "imaginary" name should be some sort of clue, huh?)

Or, perhaps you've heard of some similar product that deserves our
attention?
