Hello MacPlanet,

I'm considering buying the LaCie 42MB hard drive (27ms)
for $599.

I'd appreciate any comments about the drive.
It got good reviews, but I haven't heard any
1st person accounts.

Any comments on whether I should spend $100 more
to get the 15ms version?

What guts does LaCie use? Connor? Quantum?
