Don't forget to clip/remove the 150 ohm "256K RAM" resistor if you're adding 1 Mb SIMMS. On my SE/30 I am thinking of adding some 1 MEG simms now that the price is so low. Besides putting the 1 MEG simms in bank A (I am planning on adding 4 megs) and moving the 1 MEG of 256k simms to bank B is there anything like this resistor to change or does moving the ram around in the banks do all that is necessary. When open this machine I don't want to have to do it twice given how cramped it will likely be. Also with the SE/30 are there any other things I should know? Is there any documentation available on adding ram to the SE/30 like I have seen for the regular SE? Thanks much! Russ Jacobson Illinois Geological Survey Champaign, IL 61820 217-244-2425
