Does anyone know what the format of the resource INTL ID=2
is? I've just gone to 6.0.4 and found the new resource in my
system file.

According to TN153, the INTL resources ID=0 and ID=1 are
only included for backward compatibility - there is no mention of
an ID=2. Why has a new INTL resource been introduced and where is it
documented?
