Version 5.2 of the LaserWriter driver seems to ignore pixmaps (even at one bit depth), whereas the ImageWriter prints, but only at 72 dpi. In summary, if you've made a bitmap that reflects the printer resolution, how do you get it on to paper at the same resolution? Any tips or references would be appreciated.
