Does anyone using system 6.0.4 have information on how to use SADE with
it?  I am working on a machine (ci) that requires 6.0.4 but does not work
with the MF supplied with SADE.  If anyone has a copy they would be willing
to send, please reply via email and I will tell you if I have received one
yet.

Failing a copy of it to send an FTP site I could get it from would be a nice
consolation (apple.com's /pub/dts/mac doesn't seem to have one).
