   I presume you mean a USENET feed.  If so what network are you on?
If you are on the milnet I would get it from a milnet site.
Otherwise, try to get from someone who is on the same class A network
as you.  If you want to recieve USENET through the internet as opposed
to UUCP send a note to nntp-managers@ucbarpa.berkeley.edu.
   They should be able to fix you up.  If you want to join the list,
try nntp-managers-request@ucbarpa.berkeley.edu.  NNTP allows for the
transmission of USENET news over the internet.
