    Does anyone have any info on how to write a printer driver for 
Windows?  I use Excel quite a bit and the only printer I have available
is an old Apple DMP.  Since this printer is not usually used for PC's, 
I really doubt anyone has a driver for it now, and I figure I'll have
to write it.
    A call to Microsoft wasn't very helpful.  They just suggested the text
only driver.
    Any info that anyone has would be appreciated!
