    If we bring a check for $400 to the X Tech Conference can we get the 
    tapes and manuals then?

It takes the Software Center a while to ramp up for a new release.  I'm told
it's doubtful they'll have packages available for the X Conference, although
I'm told there will be someone on hand to take orders, and I would expect
them to start shipping not long after the X Conference.
