Has anyone fixed xpostit (from contrib/clients) to place postit
notes correctly on startup?  I'm guessing that the reason twm
does interactive placement is because xpostit isn't doing the
right thing ICCCM-wise.  Unfortunately, I don't know enough about
ICCCM to be able to fix it easily.
