   Bob, I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that you are
positively amazing.  I don't know anyone else who has your kind of detailed
knowledge, is willing to take the time to respond to random losers'
questions, and still make major contributions to products.  I am really
impressed.  You must answer 10 or 20 questions a day, in addition to
fielding others and getting real work done.  That's no easy task even for a
devoted customer-service type, much less someone for whom it's only a small
part of the job.  And you also have a sense of humor, and can resist
flaming people, even when they are really asking for it. :-)

   Thanks for being there, Bob!  You are a big part of what makes X so
successful, and what makes all of us winners.  Keep it up!
