No.  No.  Digital intends to go to X11R4 just as we went to X11R2, and X11R3.
The newest version of UWS was well into field test by the time X11R4 was
ready.  Digital's intention is to phase in Motif support, making it available
for use and programming first and then basing DECwindows applications on it 
later.
