I put a new tar of the Xtex subdirectory of SeeTeX/xtex (xtex-2.12.tar.Z).

This fixes some more X11R4 problems (with text in the goto box) and
and I put in an option to change the window name to the document name
and track page numbers in window & icon names. This is on by default.
