Has anyone tried to use XView with R4?  Everything seems to work except
for panel text items.  They seem to be stuck in an uppercase only mode
(which is tough for shell commands).  I compiled them with PRE_ICCCM
UNdefined, but I am using an older (R3) version of olwm.  The problem
still arises under twm as well.  Any ideas?
