I am using X11 R4, on a Sun 3/60, Sun OS 4.0.3, I have a CG4 colour board.
When I start the R4 xterm client it takes on the order of 30 seconds to
start. The R2 xterm client starts in 1 second on the R4 server. 

Running the exact same X software on another Sun 3/60 does not yeild
this problem. The other Sun does *not* have a colour board, it is monochrome.

So, any suggestions on where to look for the problem.
