Test version 1.36.3- is on trix.ai.mit.edu.  Version 1.36.2 is a
non-release.  Version 1.36.3 will be officially release tomorrow.  The
ChangeLog contains a list of outstanding bugs that I want to fix.

I am going to fork the compiler into two versions--version 1.xx will
track version 1.xx of GNU CC.  Version 2.xx will track GCC version
2.xx.
