Currently, I am unable to get it to work on my system. Here's the configuration: Unix System V release 3.0 for the 386 gcc{1.35,1.36} configured for i386v (AT&T as, COFF) GDB works O.K. when compiled with cc, but not with gcc -traditional. I looked in the doc files that come with the distribution and I couldn't find a reference to which compiler I shouldn't use and WHY ? Could someone give me a clue ?? Is GDB supposed to work if compiled with gcc on 386 Unix ?? I'm trying to determine if there is a problem with gcc or gdb. Thanks for the time.
