   Hi Bill, sometimes you have to take a farther look around, there are 
agencies that have high proportions of disabled staff. At Services for 
Independent Living in Euclid Ohio (close by Cleveland) the majority of the 
staff is disabled including the director and manager. In fact it is kind of 
a reverse discrimination set up there against the abled. It's like they have 
a token abled person to apease the hangups of the builders and other 
providers of services and politicos.
