At Services for Independent Living in Euclid Ohio (close by Cleveland) the majority of the staff is disabled including the director and manager. In fact it is kind of a reverse discrimination set up there against the abled. It's like they have a token abled person to apease the hangups of the builders and other providers of services and politicos.
