NET-MAIL, Sacramento CA Lines: 37 Approved: wtm@bunker.UUCP Index Number: 6046 Hi, Well, my counselor-teacher and her driver-assistant came by my house the other day and gave me my official talking clock heheheheh and the official talking clock, calendar, calculator. Yep, I can see where a blink could get really obnoxious with a talking watch or using the calculator to track time in a classroom or theatre! Although, I still say that is only being rude! But, since I am using a Braille watch anyway, no matter. But, what figures is, I was learning my way around the calculator and the power dropped out a couple of times and then after resetting it a few times, it finally died completely! Just when I was having fun with it! So, I called her at rehab today and left a message letting her know the calculator she gave me don't work. (I figured if I waited too long they would just think I broke it!) heheheheh They were all excited to find that I have medical now so that they can play the "Who is going to play for Vixens hearing aids" game! By the way, I found out that even though medi-cal will usually only pay for one hearing aid, they will pay for two for blind persons. For me, it looks like rehab is going to make medi-cal (like medicaid) pay for my aid and they pay for my FM system. Don't ya' love it? Keepin' the faith! .
