Hi Bill,

I still agree with you, but there is one other point.  There are
certain disabilities that prevent or cause a person not to be a joiner
or doer.  I'm thinking of severe mental illness, schizophrenia in
particular.  One of the symptoms is an avoidance of groups and joining,
so most self-help groups are run by caring parents, siblings and
friends, because the disabled persons themselves are not able to, due
to their disease.
