Greg, But what about those not using an electric wheelchair and aren't strong enough to wheel themselves over long distances, especially in foul weather. I use an electric wheelchair and would not be inconvenienced by not parking next to the door, except in bad weather. But, I couldn't assume that others in wheelchairs don't need to be close to the door. I think that the solution would be to make sure that there are a sufficient number of "generic" handicap parking spaces based on the maximum occupancy of the facilities served by those spaces.
