        I have made it a policy to not park in the handicapped slots
because some jerk normally pulls in too close and blocks me outta of
my car.
        I park out near the edge of the lot where I'm sure no one will
block me out.  On rainy days I park in close but protect myself by
leaving lots of space, like between the drivers door and the wall or a
light poll.
