Dept. travel to BrianHead, Utah, twice each winter with their own sit-ski and about 10 skiers (but not me). Their program is very popular. There are usually five staff to ten skiers. They also have their own sit water-ski (I did that once.) and a -BIG- donated tow-boat. There is a follow boat that trails behind the skier and will help if the skier gets in trouble. My question: Do you think USCPAA (Cerebral Palsy Athletic Asso.) or USLASA (Les Autres Sports Asso.) will sanction either snow or water skiing at a sports meet? Or should I stick to sprint swimming? Happy New Year....See ya in Oregon later this year. ---Sheila. -- Uucp: ..!{decvax,oliveb}!bunker!hcap!hnews!209!720!Sheila.Fava Internet: Sheila.Fava@f720.n209.z1.fidonet.org
