I think it is great about Alan. I hope I haven't intruded on your correspondence with Vixen (who I have not yet had the oppurtunity to correspond with yet, but I'm planning on it) I would like more info on users on this bbs who are visually impaired. I do not want to exclude anyone on this bbs, I am just gathering info for a friend who is considering purchasing a computer for a visually impaired user. Also, I am curious to the cooperation and/or participation of the various Social Service Agencies thatANYONE on this bbs. I am a social work major who wants to specialize in working with disABLED individuals and their families. It seems that rehab and social work are not used together, and I would like to change that because of my belief that a person who is undergoing rehabilitation or difficulties related to their individual physical challenge could benefit from the skills utilized by social workers. I know that social workers have a bad reputation, and get blamed for things that go wrong, but I would like to try to dispell the bad wrap handed to social workers. Input from anyone and everyone is needed and welcomed. Critisism is welcomed as well. Keep in touch.
