      Does anyone know where (in the Miami or within a copule 100 miles) where 
we can get 'hand brakes' put on in Buddy's van ??

      It is becoming more and more difficuly for him to operate the foot 
brakes (and I'm scared to death that sometime he will have a BAD spazm and not 
be able to hit the brakes fast enough).  We've already had a few 'near 
misses'.

      His condition seems to be getting worse as the days go by and I cannot 
keep him out of the van so the next best thing is to 'modify' things to make 
it better.
