Also, this seems to be an internal modem only and they have chosen to limit it's distribution in this way for some unknown reason. Thirdly, they also chose to not give a price, so be ready for sticker shock. Fourthly, their specs imply to me that the modem is not only hardware dependent but is also operating-system dependent, suggesting weak modem firmware (on-board operating software). Lastly, although they mention Hayes, they do *NOT* say it uses the standard Hayes command set. Sounds like a criticism, doesn't it? It's just a warning to read between the lines.
