		         is announcing the first international project
			 management conference:


			FRONTIERS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT

This three-day event will feature presentations, tutorials and vendor
sessions on such topics as:

	* essential skills and procedures for project management

	* underlying human and organizational concerns

	* strategic issues in project and program management

	* technologies, productivity tools such as CASE, prototyping
	  and software products for controlling project management.

Attendees will include experienced project and program managgers, newly
appointed project leaders, IS managers, systems directors, directors of
