Subject: My moderated newsgroups reject new newsitems

I'm having some problems since I changed the appropriate newsgroups over to
moderated.  My news feed can no longer post newsitems into the group.

I figured that NEWSMANAGER would have the ability to post into a moderated
newsgroup.  I tried adding NEWSMGR (the username used for NEWSSKIM) in as a
member with SUPERVISOR privs but so far no luck.

Any ideas out there? :-)
