I would appreciate receiving some successful chat scripts for connecting
these 2 systems. I do have success for some connections, but their
chat scripts don't do the trick with this particular site.

An	ultrix -> xenix/286 works
as well as
	ultrix -> national semiconductor S5R2
and
	ultrix -> at&t S5R2.

My uucp/uucico hangs right after the 'login:' prompt (no password
required). Ultrix uucp status says 'no start char'.
