I need info on the chip: 

          14021 WFC-S

1) Is it a standard IC chip, or a proprietary chip?
2) Who is/are the manufacturers?
3) Can I buy it in electronics stores, if so, where?
4) Its approximate cost

and any other relevent info is welcome. E-mail reply is prefered.
