Perhaps someone could supply a program which given one's latitude and
longitude would return the heading of Mecca.  I am cross-posting to
sci.astro and rec.aviation because those folks probably know.

What is the latitude and longitude of Mecca, exactly?

More generally, given a set of latitudes and longitudes, determine
the appropriate great-circle heading.
