You  know, sometimes  you  just can't  win. I  thought  of posting  my
reasons for letting  my "subscription lapse" for a  number of reasons,
none of which ever occured to me  as coming off as playing holier than
thou.
    I  just figured  that I  shouldn't just  disappear without telling
people I  was going.  I also wanted  to make it  clear that  my intent
was not  to leave  the list  in a huff.  Guess I  messed that  one up,
didn't I?
    Maybe when the time comes I'll just say my goodbyes, leave, and be
done with it, without a lot of fanfare.
