K. L. Cope writes that he has received offensive mail regarding his
offer to distribute three tapes of Dr. Peitgen's lectures.  Speaking
for myself, and I am sure on behalf of most others on the list, I
want to assure him that I also thought Mr. SpeedyD's note to be
undelicate, and that I wish that this does not affect Dr. Cope's
plans to distribute the tapes as he has indicated he is willing to
do.  The terms seem more than fair, and the amount of work it
represents to send these materials to all the requestors is beyond
the call of duty.  I appreciate the effort, and I hope he is not
dissuaded by one inconsiderate note.
