I have a question...

In nethack, do all the various scrolls and wands, etc
get resetted after each play?  In other words, is the function
of a YTAV AYSTV (whatever) scroll the same every time one plays?
Or does it vary (ie. sometimes an identify...other times a enchant
weapon...) ?
