          I'm afraid I didn't even realize there was a battle. My
          knowledge of much of global history is amazingly limited.
          I did, however, take 3 years of Russian language in junior
          high and high school. It's been fun sounding out the words
          on posters visible in magazines and tv news. Quite a number
          of them are understandable due to there relation to English
          words.

          My area of interest is in Native American history. Northwest
          coast trading between Russians and Natives ended before this
          particular battle!
