I changed the organization of the two files I've been writing on the USSR.
USSR-1.File now holds the first 25 posts, plus the eply to 1 letter, 168 blocks.
USSR-2.File holds the last five posts on the USSR, and is currently 37 blocks
long.

I'll be glad to send anyone either file upon request. The second one will be a
changing, growing file until I've written the second twenty-five posts, which
should be where I end the series. Not sure about that yet.
