Athena.ee.msstate.edu (130.18.64.7) does not support anonymous ftp,
but it is NOT a capitalist pay thing.  ftp is convenient, but a
necessity.  the bbs was written by a student for all of the other
*poor* students who did not have a good bbs to use at Mississippi
